Kansas City- Day 4

Today we unexpectedly stayed another day. I'm glad we did because we had a great time!
The day started out with some Gate's BBQ.

Then we went to the Steamboat Arabia Museum which is an AWESOME museum on the boat that sunk in 1856 sinking all cargo on the steamboat into the Missouri River. Then in 1988, 4 people discovered with all cargo preserved to perfection. It was so preserved, one even tried one of the pickles! Yuck! (The pickle jar that was eaten out of is one of the pictures below) No one on the steamboat died, only a mule, that was discovered while digging. He had been tied up and was named Lawrence of Arabia by the digging crew.
